Returns & Exchanges

At Tomb Raider Gear Store, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items at the warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
